Fees & Payments

Service fees vary based on:

Type of service
Travel distance
Processing speed
After-hours or emergency appointments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Travel fees may apply once a notary has been dispatched.

Apostille & Translation Services

Processing times for apostille and translation services are estimates only and may vary depending on government agencies, consulates, or third-party processing times.

We are not responsible for delays caused by external agencies.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and professional services, Notary & Fast POA shall not be held liable for:

Errors or omissions in documents provided by clients
Government processing delays
Rejections by third parties or agencies
Indirect or consequential damages related to services provided

Clients are responsible for reviewing all documents prior to notarization or submission.

Terms and Conditions: Our notary expedited services are provided at a fee that is different based on travel time and service. Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept cash, major credit card, electronic payment methods such as Zelle, Venmo and Cash App. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
